Delivery is within Germany.
Shipping to German islands is excluded. Shipping costs (including VAT) apply.

International Deliveries

We calculate international shipping costs as follows:

European Union excluding Germany

Belgium [BE], Bulgaria [BG], Denmark [DK], Estonia [EE], Finland [FL], France [FR], Greece [GR], Ireland [IE], Italy [IT], Croatia [HR], Latvia [LV], Lithuania [LT], Luxembourg [LU], Malta [MT], Netherlands [NL], Austria [AT], Poland [PL], Portugal [PT], Romania [RO], Sweden [SE], Slovakia [SK], Slovenia [SL], Spain [ES], Czech Republic [CZ], Hungary [HU], Cyprus [CY].
 
Note

Delivery to these countries is currently not possible. If you still require delivery, you must provide us with a delivery address in Germany.

Delivery Times

Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, goods will be delivered within Germany within 2-4 days, and for international deliveries within 5-7 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed upon, after the date of your payment instruction). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.
