Complaints and returns

We offer a simple and convenient return service.

Our customers must bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

If you would like to return the ordered goods or individual parts of the order, you can use our return label. Please note that only unused items can be returned!

If the minimum order value for return is lower than that for free shipping or the use of a voucher, these costs will be deducted from the refund amount. This also applies if the entire shipment is returned.
